Texonir polyethylene pipe and fittings Co. was founded on Dec 29,1994 following the major demand of the polyethylene pipe for the implementation of undeer pressure irrigation, water suply, gas supply and sewage removal projection through the region. The manufacturing plant is built on a 29000 square meters of land with 6000 square meters of factory facility located in Semnan industrial zone. The advantage of the plant location is easy access to appropriate transportation.

With the aim of producing the high quality polyethylene pipes and fittings, Texonir polyethylene pipe and fittings Co. has always been employing high skilled engineers and technicians and has been working round the clock since it was established. In our company all the machinery is purchased from reliable and famous European companies (KRAUSS MAFFEI GERMANY) with the highest technology.
 

Products

Our manufacturing company is producing a selection of polyethylene pipes from 5 mm to 500 mm and different types of fittings. Among the various types of our polyethylene pipes we can refer to soft pipes for under pressure irrigation and hard pipes for gas supply, water supply, healthy drinking water, sewage removal system and coating pipes for optical fiber and telecommunications. All production is done according to standards such as INSO, ISIRI,IGS,ASTM,DIN,EN and EN ISO. Our manufacturing company is producing two and three layer polyethylene pipes in different colors for different applications. These products have been produced by the newest technology. In the field of fittings production, our company is producing different range of fittings for under pressure irrigation(Drippers,etc) Sprinklers and micro jets (for the use of greenhouses and landscapes). At the present the total capacity of our annual production is 27250 Ton/Year . In addition our company is manufacturing 1500 Ton/Year the variety of fittings.
